Q: What is tallow and why do you use it?
A: Tallow is rendered beef fat that has been used in skincare for centuries. It closely mimics the natural oils found in human skin, making it deeply nourishing and easily absorbed. We use only grass-fed tallow for the highest quality and nutrient content.
Q: Are your products natural and safe?
A: Yes! Every Lush & Tallow product is made with carefully selected natural ingredients, free from synthetic fragrances, preservatives, parabens, and artificial additives.
Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Our products are formulated to be gentle and nourishing for all/most skin types, and many are suitable for sensitive skin. However, the product details will list the recommended skin type for each product. We always recommend doing a small patch test before full use.
Q: How long do your products last?
A: Our products have a shelf life of 12 months+. Because we use no synthetic preservatives, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If the product shelf life is less than 12 months it will be shared with the product delivery.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Because everything is handmade in small batches, we take care to ensure every order is perfect before it ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping to Canada and Mexico through the website is coming soon!

A: Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of skincare products we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Q: What if I have a reaction to a product?
A: Please discontinue use immediately and contact us at admin@lushandtallow.com. We take all feedback seriously and will work with you to find the best solution.
