Our Philosophy

 What We Believe

We believe that aging is not a problem to solve. It is simply part of being alive, and we get to decide how we walk through it. Gracefully, gently, with self respect intact.

We also believe in an 80/20 lifestyle. Meaning eighty percent effort, twenty percent grace. It shows up in how we eat, how we move, how we care for our skin, how we allow ourselves to feel happy even when things are not perfect. None of us are getting it all right, all the time, and that is not a failure. That is just being human. Striving for 80/20 instead of 100 percent means we can actually keep going instead of giving up when life gets messy.

I also believe, deeply, that the truest anti aging remedy has very little to do with what is in a jar. It is a life with less stress. It is feeling loved, and giving love freely. Care for your skin is one daily practice among many, and it works best alongside a life that is genuinely calmer and more connected.

Our Purpose

Lush and Tallow exists to spread love. I believe we are here to love each other and to spread that love outward, as generously as we can. I’m grateful every day for this life, for this earth, and for our Creator who gave us both.

The skincare is real, and it works, made from simple ingredients pulled from the earth rather than a lab. But it was never really about the skincare. It is about the practice underneath it… showing up for yourself daily, in small honest ways, and letting that care ripple out into how you treat everyone around you.
